What an
incredible experience. Words can't express the thrill of being on the field
with my old teammates, the legends who blazed the trail of excellence before
us, and the legends who carried the torch after we left. At Friday night's practice
we spanned 25 years of Midd lax, and it felt like we had all played together
forever. It was awesome!
Add to that watching the Masters and Grand Masters play so well, the great
times our children had bonding in the pool and on the playground, the fishing,
biking, and of course playing Flip-Cup with Judge Owsley...just tremendous all
around.
(Bobo, we need a training regimen for Flip-Cup next year. And Judge Owsley, we
need a handicap system so the old guys don't get buried so early ;-)
