2.  Have you started or at least started to plan your training program?   This morning I began the "Old Man" Interval Training Program that is posted on our web site.  I start early because I want to get a few sessions done before the alumni game.  But with only 79 days left, you really need to start working out (and losing weight).  You'll have a lot more fun in Vail if you are in decent shape.  And please remember don't do distance running as the core of your training program.  Sprinting, i.e. interval training, is the key to preventing major muscle pulls.  And don't forget to put on your turf shoes and do some agility work as you get closer to tournament.

 

3.  Recruiting has been wildly successful for the Supermasters team, but we have not gained ground putting together the Masters team.  We want to avoid accepting unknown non-Midd players, but as we get closer it might be our only option.  What's going on?
