Bobo:

I too, would like to extend my thanks to you for your organizing and
recruiting efforts.  For those of you who weren't there, Bobo put the strong
arm on me on Easter Sunday at Goober's memorial service and I made an on the
spot decision (Bobo is a very persistent fellow) to pick up a lacrosse stick
after 20 years (and ACL reconstruction) and go to Vail.

The experience was truly beyond all of my expectations.  As a rookie you
feel a bit tentative at the beginning, but everyone makes you feel so
welcome and you quickly become part of the team.  It was a thrill to play
with and renew friendships with former teammates from 80', 81' & 82', and a
special treat to play with and get to know the 76'-78' guys.  I second
Burch's comments about Duane and Heff.  You guys played with a lot of heart.
Maybe it's because I was a freshman in 1978, but that class of '78 mystique
lives on.

Oh yeah, thanks for the plug about my prowess, Burch.  Now I know what was
on your mind when I hit you with that long pass in the Palladins game when
you threw it into the goalie's stick in that one on one situation. I was
looking for that assist on that one!

Thanks guys!!
