I just got a call from the reservations folks at the Manor Vail Lodge. I put $1000 down to reserve enough rooms for our teams. Obviously, my $1000 is at risk if we don't show up in Vail (not a problem this year), but I also can lose the $1000 if we don't pick up 95% of the rooms I reserved. The folks at the hotel have been very cooperative with us each year so I'm not too worried, but every year you guys procrastinate reserving your rooms and I have to be on the phone with the Manor Vail asking them to be patient. Here's the deal:

1. Our special discount room rate expires on May 21st.

2. If I lose any of my $1000 down payment, I'll be collecting a "special fee" from all the laggards who didn't book their room on time. Remember, I am 50% Sicilian, so you don't want to owe me money!

3. The following guys/families have already made their reservations. Notice that the '78 guys are always on-time and where you need them!

IMPORTANT - for you new guys especially. We need to be active members of USLacrosse to play in the tournament. While you can sign up at the tournament, it is a heck of a lot easier to do it now and not have to deal with it the morning of our first game.
