1. There will be an Midd Alumni Assoc. cocktail reception at Pepi's Deck in the Vail village on Thursday between 3 ‑ 5PM therefore, I am going to cancel our cash bar since we should do our part for the Alumni Assoc and have visit Pepi's Deck. Since we have our first game the next day, I think it is prudent for us to limit our alcohol consumption.

2. A few players (with and without kids) thought it would be better to pay on a per head basis rather than distribute the costs amongst the players so the costs will be:

Adults = $22 ($17 + 18% service charge + 8.5% CO tax)

Children (over 5) = $13 ($10 + 18% service charge + 8.5% CO tax)

You can give me the money in Vail, including the $40 tournament fee.
