2. It was great to see the enthusiasm with which some of you guys responded to Erin's request to write in support of Pete's nomination.

3. Eric Kemp '80 pointed out to me yesterday that the 1988 team went undefeated and therefore he will be focusing his phone campaign/assault on them. I sent him the Midd Lax alumni roster and he will begin calling very soon. We already are counting on Chad McClennan '88, Frank Zecca '88 and Scott Seymour '88, but we need a few more guys with young legs.

4. Eric's efforts does not mean that the rest of us are off the hook as far as recruiting for the Vail tournament goes. What about the following guys who played in past Vail tournaments? Have you spoken with them lately? Why not?
