This year YOU have to make your own reservation at the Manor Vail Lodge (800/950-8245).  I booked a block of rooms at a discounted rate, but you have to call and make your own reservations and pay directly.  To get the group rate you have to reserve your room before May 21st.  You will have to put down a deposit with the hotel of 1 night's stay and pay the balance at checkout time.

This year Lily won't be with us so we only be having several dinners together.  I will be arranging the group dinners with the hotel catering staff and once again we will most likely have a meal in town at the Mexican restaurant.  I will be letting you all know about the fees for the group meals later this spring.
